Owners Emaan and Joseph live in Abilene, Texas with their 6 children from ages 3-17 years old. They opened Busy Bees Childcare Center on the North side of town in August of 2025 and soon realized the increasing need for not only childcare, but a community for young families. With young children of their own they knew this community was something they needed as well. In between full time jobs and owning a daycare they found a unique idea that could sew in community and a safe space for toddlers to play, learn and grow.

Busy Bees Playhouse Abilene will offer a MDO drop off program for families looking for care twice a week/ 6 hours a day, Stay and Play options, and a space curated for toddler birthday parties, baby showers and other intimate events.
